| We have chosen a distinctive name for our bed & breakfast to put the emphasis on Sicily’s characteristic colours and perfumes, and at the same time pay a tribute to its Arab culture. Hence the name Az-zahar (ancient Arabic for orange blossom), the flower of the plant that made Sicily famous throughout the world.
