In order to book your stay you will transfer 30% of the total fee via bank transfer or Poste Pay. Your booking will be complete only once we have received such non-refundable deposit. Once we have received your deposit we will send you a confirmation of your booking by email. Your deposit will not be refund in case of cancellation of your booking. Upon your arrival you will register with us, receive the flat’s keys, and pay the full outstanding balance by cheque or cash.

Checking in and out:
• Check in after 12.00 (unless differently agreed in advance). For operational reasons all our guess are kindly requested to let us know their arrival time a few days in advance
• Check out and return of keys, linen and towels by 10.00 am
